As an Environmental Officer, you will be responsible for conducting environmental audits, managing waste reduction programs, and implementing green building practices. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits for construction projects.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Manage waste reduction programs and promote sustainable practices.
• Conduct training sessions on environmental compliance and sustainability for project teams.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and environmental consultants.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve environmental performance and reduce the carbon footprint of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, construction, or a related field.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards applicable to construction projects.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software, such as SAP EM or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
