📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the entire freight forwarding process, from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to secure the best possible deals.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a similar role.
• Proficient in using freight forwarding software such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian customs and regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
