📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate business documents, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes, between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Facilitate meetings and conferences between Indonesian and Chinese clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of business documents, ensuring all details are accurately translated and understood.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, providing excellent communication support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and business practices to provide informed translation and communication support.
• Work closely with the business team to understand client needs and provide accurate translations.
• Ensure all translated documents meet the required quality standards and deadlines.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve language skills and stay current with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in business translation or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of business terminology and industry-specific language.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Chinese Language, or a related field.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
