📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new credit opportunities through market research and analysis.
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with Maybank's credit policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team and product managers to deliver exceptional financial solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
