📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain high standards of cleanliness using tools such as the Marriott Cleanliness Checklist and the Marriott Guest Satisfaction Survey.
• Utilize cleaning equipment including steam cleaners, vacuums, and mops to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Adhere to Marriott's strict hygiene protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping to continuously improve cleaning standards.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of excellence in cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Certification in housekeeping or a related field, such as the Certified Housekeeper (CHK) certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Marriott's housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
