In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement data center solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will also play a key role in the commissioning and testing of data center infrastructure, ensuring that it meets all technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of data center infrastructure, including raised floors, power distribution units (PDUs), and cooling systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess the suitability of locations for data center development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data center performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center design and construction, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Certifications such as BICSI, CIDM, or LEED AP are a plus.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Ability to travel as needed to site locations across Indonesia.
