📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven experience in inventory control and supply chain management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
