📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.,Monitor and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall guest experience.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front desk operations.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires in front desk receptionist roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.,Familiarity with computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
