📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our motorcycle leaseback program.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the motorcycle market.,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and promotional events.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the finance or automotive industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the motorcycle market and leaseback programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and motorcycle ownership preferred.
