Seed Go Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Kudus. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your store from anywhere while maintaining high standards of performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance reviews.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards and policies.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
