📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure effective recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
