📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet the required standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors to maintain high quality standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality issues.,Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
