📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures to optimize fleet efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and fuel consumption.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements related to fleet operations in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan.
