Manage and oversee the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Lead financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage the company's financial risks.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
