📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
