Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Support team members in achieving their goals,Monitor performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain accurate records and reports,Assist in training and development of junior staff,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
