📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards.,Manage the restaurant budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
