📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Assist guests with their needs, such as luggage handling, room service, and other requests.,Maintain a clean and organized living and dining area, ensuring it is ready for guests at all times.,Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure the guest rooms are clean and prepared for check-in.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring that all guest requirements are met.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.,Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Professional and courteous demeanor.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local customs and traditions.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and on-site responsibilities.
