📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including production, sales, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze company performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and driving company growth.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in managing a diverse and multicultural team is a plus.
