📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually compelling concepts for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products, ensuring they are intuitive and engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the product development team to design eco-friendly home goods and accessories.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our visuals are always fresh and innovative.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in visual and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other industry-standard tools like Figma and Canva.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with designing user interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Experience in designing for eco-friendly and sustainable products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating ethical, beautiful products.
