📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the company's products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
