📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist nurses in providing patient care and treatment.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient room.

Perform basic laboratory tests as required.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Assist in the preparation of patient discharge summaries.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Basic computer skills for electronic health records.

Familiarity with infection control practices.
