📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, clinics, and hospitals in Bali.,Conduct job interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the quality of candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.,Manage and mentor junior HR staff to ensure consistent recruitment standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
