📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand.
• Analyze production data using advanced tools such as SAP ERP and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners and analysts to ensure the successful execution of production plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to align production planning with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of production planning and control processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve production planning and control practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to production planning and control.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the long-term vision and goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
