Sumber Jaya Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tea processing and a passion for maintaining high standards in our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all tests are performed accurately and efficiently.,Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to ensure they are up-to-date with laboratory protocols and techniques.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify any issues or deviations in the production process.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.,Collaborate with the production team to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions.,Generate and analyze laboratory reports to provide insights into product quality and process improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and local food safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the tea or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory techniques.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian food safety regulations and industry standards.
