Express Life Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Support the company's growth by identifying and implementing training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
