📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates.
• Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities for employees.
• Coordinate with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring process.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
