📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain accurate fuel inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage fuel procurement and distribution processes to optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and secure fuel supplies.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior staff on fuel inventory management practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel inventory control or related roles.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with fuel industry regulations and best practices.
